We regret we do not trace family history or trace lost relatives on a speculative or free basis, you should consider Family Search Membership
If you have received an email from a firm appearing to be Heir Hunters chances are it is a scam. Their purpose is to extract money up front from you for a non-existing inheritance, or collect financial information to steal money from you. Delete it. Professional Heir Hunters make first contact by telephone or letter with potential beneficiaries .
If you have seen an estate in unclaimed estates where you feel you are or maybe related to the deceased and may have a claim against their estate you should consider Family Search Membership which will enable you to assess a possible claim and submit it.

If you have become interested in this type of business, possibly with some genealogy experience (even just tracing your own family roots) you need vital information only offered by the Heir Hunters Association. Since there are no specific books, web sites or guides to help you directly you can easily loose valuable time and money with the wrong approach and potentially be deterred from forming a successful business for yourself.
In return for a low cost subscription you can Join the Heir Hunters Association
You do not need any qualifications or experience, all you need is a logical mind, be well organised and have an eye for detail. You also need tact, diplomacy and sympathy as many contacts you make will be emotional. You can work from home with flexible hours to fit into family life, another business or hobby.
There is no age limit, an ideal retirement interest as many have found. To some the "chase" is more interesting and challenging than it's solution.
Web based information and knowledge is changing daily providing knowledge to help "crack" dormant estates. Solving a case years old can be interesting as well as absorbing, and when solved can bring substantial finance rewards.
